Dr. Panayiotis Agisilaou has delivered a practicum session on EC Competition Law to post-graduate students of the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) attending the course on EC Competition Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (Course code FL 450).
The session was divided into two parts that took place on 19.9.2020 and 26.9.2020. Both parts were delivered online using Microsoft Teams communication platform.
The practicum session focused on the application of EC Competition Law, in particular Articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union, through practical examples and case studies.
