Our team members, Panayiotis Agisilaou and Marianna Economidou, have published an article in the e-Competitions Antitrust Case Laws e-Bulletin of Concurrences, commentating on the Cypriot Administrative Court’s decision to annul a decision which imposed a total fine of €20.775.630 on petroleum companies ExxonMobil, Hellenic Petroleum, Petrolina and Coral Energy.
